Proofing Process: Clear, Simple, and Stress-Free

Step 1: Submit Your Templates
Once your order is placed, download and complete the necessary templates for your wording, guest addresses, or other stationery details. Double-check for errors before sending them back as editable attachments to info@papermuse.co, with your last name and order number. This helps minimize the need for extra proofing rounds.

Step 2: Proofs & Revisions
You’ll receive digital proofs within 5 business days of submitting your templates. Semi-Custom orders include 2 rounds of proofing, while Fully-Custom orders come with 3 rounds. Need extra changes? Additional proofing rounds are available for $25 per card, per round, with similar pricing for variable data like guest addresses or seating charts.

Step 3: Review & Approve
Take your time reviewing proofs and gather all edits into a single email to keep things organized. Approval is required via email before production begins. Once approved, changes may incur reprinting fees, so be sure everything is perfect!

  • Customers are responsible for checking all grammar, spelling, and details.

  • Changes after final approval may lead to extra fees and delays.
